Mindfulness is one of our key pillars at Enrich and is the practice of gently focusing your awareness on the present moment, being aware of where you are, what you are feeling, what you are doing, without being overly reactive or overwhelmed. Taking 10-20 minutes to practice mindfulness per day has been found to have significant benefits to overall wellness, enhancing brain function and overall physical and mental health.

A habit is something that is routine to you that you repeat. This automatic action is informed by contextual ques and can have a positive or negative impact on you and those around you. When building a new habit, you are putting your old habits behind and beginning a new journey, and it is essential to plan attainable long-term habits, they can start off small and gradually, modify the habit to reach the desired goal. The key is to be consistent with whatever you chose to begin.
